So, any product that bears the NextLife name or seal must adhere to certain sustainability standards developed by NextLife and its EHS / sustainability partner, Ciba Expert Services. Only then, can retailers and/or consumers know for sure that their products conform to a stringent set of independently validated eco-standards to ensure quality, safety and a commitment to sustainability and preservation of the environment.
NextLife “Standards of Sustainability” address eight sustainable performance indicators:
Products are awarded points based on their level of performance in each category. A product must score a minimum of 12 points to bear the NextLife Seal of Sustainability.
